Certified document translation with human review.

What the certified service includes

ExpressAI first prepares an AI translation of your uploaded document. The certified option then sends that translation for professional human review. The completed certified document is released after approval, rather than being delivered automatically as an AI-only order.

• AI translation of your document.
• Professional review before delivery.
• A signed Certificate of Accuracy.
• Digital delivery through My orders and an email notification.

Start with the receiving institution’s requirements

Schools, employers and other organizations may ask for a certified translation, but their requirements can differ. Ask what languages, certification wording and delivery format they require before you place your order.

Tell us the receiving institution in your order instructions. Include the spelling used in its records and any specific requirements it has given you. If an institution requires a paper original, notarization, apostille or a specific type of signature, contact Express Translate before choosing this digital service.

A Certificate of Accuracy concerns the translation. It does not authenticate the source document, and it does not guarantee that an institution will accept your application.

How certification pricing works

Certification is an add-on of $4.99 for every page in the order. It is charged even when your AI translation pages are covered by your account’s free allowance. Once the free AI pages are used, the combined price is $0.99 + $4.99 = $5.98 per page.

For example, a two-page certified order costs $9.98 when you have at least two free AI pages remaining. With no free AI pages left, the same order costs $11.96. You see your actual total before submitting the order.

Prepare your document for review

Certified delivery is within 24 hours. It is not calculated by adding several hours for each page. You can follow the order in My orders; the download becomes available when the reviewed document is released.

• Upload every relevant page in PDF, DOCX, JPG or PNG format, up to 20 MB per file.
• Use a clear scan or photo with no cut-off text.
• Choose the source and target languages.
• Select Certified Translation and provide any institution-specific instructions.
• Check names and dates against your source and include any official name spelling you need.
